Richard Clark Allemang, II, known by his friends, clients and family, as Clark, has been practicing law in Emporia, Kansas, and the surrounding area, since 2000. Born in Emporia, Clark attended the Emporia School system graduating from Emporia High School with the class of 1992. Following High School, Clark attended Emporia State University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in 1996. Clark completed his Juris Doctorate degree from the Washburn University School of Law in May of 2000. Prior to joining the firm of Helbert & Allemang in August of 2004, Clark was a prosecutor for the State of Kansas through the Lyon County Attorney’s Office, first serving as a legal intern during Law School, then accepting a full-time Assistant County Attorney position following his graduation from Law School. He is currently licensed to practice in Kansas, the U.S. District Court in Kansas, the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Clark is a past President of the Lyon-Chase County Bar Association, serving two terms in office. He is an active member of the Kansas Association for Justice.
